These are my Watery Wednesday and Outdoor Wednesday photos from Finland. Photos were taken today just before the darkness comes .... blue moment. I took pictures when I visited the shop. Along the way is this beautiful was.

My World Tuesday

Here in the middle of Finland where I live, today was minus 23 degrees below zero. I have spend my free time in "the grandmother's cottage". Frost has made window designs. Finnish they are called "kuurankukkia". What is the English word to them?

The sun rose today at 9:30 in the morning and the sun went down at 2:51 in the afternoon. This time of year the days light are short and a day for 3 / 4 is a dark time.

The sun goes down and here is the blue moment before the darkness comes.

Inside the cottage is warm and comfortable. I wish you a nice My World Tuesday  from Finland.

Shadow Shot Sunday #81

These are my Shadow Shot Sundy #81 photos. The first photo is the shadow of fyke (?) or fisk trap. I do not exactly know what is the right word in English. It is old and made by hand. Currently hangs in the roof of the old sauna.

The second photo shows the shadows of the forest. My husband opened the land border and the result was nice to tunnel into the woods.

Photo Friday this week´s challenge is "Homemade". My sister made me this warm woolen socks. Our cottage is cold floors in winter, so they have a lot of use here.

Outdoor Wednesday #47

These are my Outdoor Wednesday photos. Welcome to my dark world. Here in Finland there is still no snow, so here is a dark and gloomy time. But here is a little light into the darkness of the form of photographs.

Christmas lights have already appeared in the streets and bring joy and light to all of us.

The Moon is trying desperately to shed light on the landscape. Has promised to below zero at night, so maybe we will still see the beautiful moonlight.

The lakes are not frozen yet. Lights are reflected in the water beautifully. I´m sorry, that my knowledge of English is not very good, but I will try my best. Have a nice Wednesday.
